Travelled from Chennai to Coimbatore on 28/05/2015 8.30pm bus. I am completely unhappy with the service provided by Airzone travels. It took me 14.5hrs to reach Coimbatore. Although there was traffic jammed in Chennai, which accounted for not more than 1 hour delay in the trip, the condition of the bus was really bad. While we were 20kms before Salem, bus tyre got punctured and they dint even have a spare tyre for a long distance service. We waited for 30minutes for another bus of theirs to come. To our complete dismay there was no spare tyre in that bus too. A few co-passengers were asked to take that bus and the rest of us had to wait for around 20 more minutes for the next bus. We were asked to travel in standing for the next 2 hours. To add fuel to the fire, the driver dint know the route and he kept wandering the streets for some time. Finally we reached Coimbatore by 11am. I completely regret using the Airzone service and I will definitely not use it again. Thanks! ~Srinath

Totally and utterly careless service. I had booked a bangalore to coimbatore bus on the 7th November 2014. The scheduled pick up time was at 10.15pm. I had been calling the agency since 10 PM. I was assured that the bus is on its way to pick me up. But I waited till 12.50AM. Then I realized that the bus had left without me. I was a single lady travelling along with a 3 year old baby. When i called Airzone to complain,,,he simply asked me to go home and cut the call. When I called a ticketgoose agent, he asked me to look for alternate routes, inspite of me being alone with a 3 year old baby and the time was 12.50AM If I am not getting corrective measures on your behalf, I am moving to a high point of escalation. Travelled from Chennai To Coimbatore in Air Zone bus. A very unpleasant experience so far. I received a call from the operator in the noon saying "Bus is scheduled to depart at 9 PM. Even if you arrive 1 minute late we will have to leave you behind". I was there sharp at 9. The bus started only by 10:15. There was a 1 hour traffic Jam at night and if the bus is one hour late it is still acceptable. But instead of reaching Coimbatore at 6:30 AM, the bus reached at 10 AM which is not acceptable as we would have other plans based on the arrival of the bus. The staff inside the bus were very arrogant when inquired about the delay. They could have been polite to passengers. Air zone has to improve on a lot.

Hi I traveled from erode to chennai yesterday in air zone bus by 10 pm. Bus arrived late by 10: 45. Bus is not worth for that amount. Rain water flow inside the bus and not able to travel conveniently. Bus reached chennai by 9:45 am which is 4 hrs late.

Hi im gani ....It was a very bad travel experience with air zone travel. I travelled from chennai to coimbatore 14 aug nite 9.15 in sleeper due some traffic the crossed viluppuram 2 am . Bus was not maintain properly.wen its reach salem 8 am driver switch off the ac because of bus not having sufficient fuel(diesel).then fuel fully drain driver doesn't have money to refill the fuel. They didn't arrange any alternative bus to reach the destination. Aft perundurai they ask us to go government bus finally I reached home 2pm aug 15.I never seen such a travels in my life time.....

I booked the ticket in A/c Multi-axle Volvo but last minute they changed my travel to A/C sleeper. The reaching time to Coimbatore was committed as near 7 am but reached Hopes College by 8.50 am (but safe travel without any road block). This is second time experience with Air Zone. Thanks a lot for safe journey. I recommend your service to all the passengers whoever has no care about their timings.

The booking experience is very smooth. I booked my first ticket through Mobile app to avail discount. I thought it would be buggy but is was cutting edge.
