Achanta

Known to be a small village and mandal  situated in Andhra Pradesh, Achanta is situated near Godarvi. The places that are  near this  town are Tanuk and Bhimavaram. This ancient city is considered to be the most religious place during the reigning of Chalukyan Empire.  This small village is also called as this Rice Bowl" of Andhra Pradesh since it is famous for rice crops.
