About Ajmer

Ajmer

Ajmer is a popular pilgrimage centre for its shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. Ajmer was founded in the late 7th century A.D. by Ajayraj Singh Chauhan of Chauhan dynasty. Ajmer has evolved as a manufacturing and trade centre for cotton, woollen textiles, leather, shoes, hosiery, and pharmaceutical products. Poultry is a major source of livelihood for farmers here. Ghatol

Ghatol is a place in the Banswara district of Rajasthan. It is a part of the Udaipur division of the state. It has a rich variety of flora and fauna and the forests mainly consist of teak.
