Dhrol

Dhrol is a city in Gujarat and is a municipality in the Jamnagar district of the state. Dhrol was a princely state under the British rule in India, and accepted unison into the republic of India on February 15, 1948, over six months after independence. The city was previously under the rule of the Jadeja dynasty for over 450 years. Dhrol is located 40 km away from the ‘oil city of India’ Jamnagar.
