Sayla

Sayla is a small town in Gujarat, India. It is spread over an area of 575 sq. km and was initially ruled by Jhala Rajputs. In 1751, Seshmalji founded Sayla and announced it as the capital of his state. It is said that Seshmalji fought a battle with the Kathi Darbars and captured Sayla. This small town in Gujarat is also widely known as the village of pilgrims or ‘Bhagat nu Gaum’.
