Anida is a small hamlet in the Kathiawar peninsula of the westernmost Indian state of Gujarat. Bhavnagar, the fifth largest city in Gujarat, is not too far from the village and is situated at a distance of 43 km. By virtue of it being situated in the semi-arid state of Gujarat, the accompanying climatic conditions should not come as a surprise to travelers.
