Ashta

Ashta is a small village in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is a part of the Sehore district of the Bhopal division. It lies in the midst of an interesting triangle comprising Bhopal, Indore and Ujjain. It lies exactly midway between the cities of Ujjain and Indore. The nearest urban agglomeration is Bhopal at a distance of 82 km.

About Miraj

Miraj

A town in southern Maharashtra, Miraj is believed to have been founded in the early 10th century. An important junction, Miraj was ruled by the Pathwardhan family until the Independence. A secular town, Miraj is well-known for the Hindustani classical music performance held here. In the 19th century, Miraj gained prominence for it Vaidyas, practitioners of traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Within India, Miraj has the highest number of hospitals and the town has two medical colleges.
