Asspur is a small village in the North Indian state of Punjab. The little place is quite close to Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. Chandigarh is the major urban agglomeration in the area at a distance of 59 km (almost an hour’s drive away). The village as well as the surrounding areas is a great place to try out the great Punjabi cuisine along with the lassi at roadside dhabas.
