Avudayanoor is a village in the Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu in South India. The town of Tenkasi is at a distance of 15 km. The green reserve forests of Kerala are also next door. The district headquarters of Tirunelveli is at a distance of 50 km (south-east of the village).
