Benur is a small and distant village in the Central Indian state of Chattisgarh. The nearest major urban hubs are the cities of Raipur, Durg and Bhilai at the distances of 258, 241, 228 km respectively. The village lies very close to the Maharashtra border. The Narayanpur-Jagdalpur-Gadchiroli Forest Range is at a distance of 10 km.
