Bhara is a small village in the Latur district of the western Indian state of Maharashtra. The district headquarters of Latur is at a distance of 30 km from the village. It is famous for its guava. Progressive farmers are also taking up plantation of other fruits such as pomegranate, banana and watermelon. The nearest major agglomeration is Beed, situated at a distance of 141 km.

Beed as a city has a few good lodging facilities. Not all are very budget-friendly. Two of the most affordable hotels which are worth trying out in the city are Anvita Hotel (Tariff – Rs. 800) and Hotel Sagar (Tariff – Rs. 1,500).
The official language of the region is Marathi. Urdu and Hindi are also widely spoken and understood.

The village does not have places of tourist attraction unlike Beed which has an endless list of tourist attractions from Maratha to Mughal structures. Some of the places which are worth a visit are Kankaleshwar Temple, Jama Masjid, Shahinshah Wali tomb, Mansur Shah tomb, Khazana Well (6km south of the city), Khandoba Temple and others.
