The main coastal town in theUdupi district of Karnataka, Byndoor town lies on NH-66. Yedthare

Yedthare is a historical place that is located in the Udupi district of Karnataka. It is by the sea near Kundapura. Yedthare was named after the powerful Yedthare family of landlords who owned most of it about 600 years back. The family was quite philanthropic and contributed to the welfare of the community. One can only reach Yedthare by bus or other means of road transport.
