Jagraon

Jagraon earlier known as Jagrawan, the place of the Rais, is a city founded in 1680 AD. Today, a municipal council and a sub-division of the Ludhiana district of Punjab, Jagraon is Asia’s third largest grain collection market. Clay brick factories, cattle feed factories, agriculture tool manufacturers, gold and diamond ornaments manufacturing, and many more is a symbol of growing industrialisation in Jagraon.
