Dhavaleswaram also spelled as Dowlaiswaram is an area of Rajahmundry city in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The city is a part of the Coastal Andhra region. The area lies on the banks of the mighty Godavari river. Rajahamundry’s city centre is located 9 km north of the area. The Reserve Forest of India is located 13 km north-east of the area.
