A town in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, Gudivada is a junction that connects Vijayawada, Machilipatnam, Bhimavaram, Nuzvid, Eluru and Pamarru. A highly fertile place, Gudivada became well-known after an ancient Buddhist Stupa Mound and Jain relics where excavated from the region. There are a number of religious places in this town that attracts people from across the state.
