Ramsar

Ramsar is a beautiful town in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur district. Located in the Thar Desert, it is about 578 km away from its capital city, Jaipur. This is a good place to see the sand dunes, especially during the sunset. Its proximity to Barmer, a major tourist hub, makes it alluring for tourists, as they can spend some time in the town visiting the old ruins. The best time to visit Ramsar is between November and March.
