A taluk town in Ramanathapuram district of Tamil Nadu, Kadaladi is situated between Mudukulathur and Sayalkudi. The town used to be an important place of trade between Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka. Kadaladi is well-known for its dry fish and jaggery and there are a lot of dairy farms in this region. Recently Jain idols belonging to the 12th Century were excavated from this town.
