Lohara is a small town and a Tehsil situated near Osmanabad in Maharashtra. The district is renowned for the temple of Tuljabhawani Goddess at Tuljapur. There are 45 panchayat villages in the Lohara Tehsil and Osmanabad is one of the largest cities in the state located on the Deccan Plateau.

The nearest airport is the Pune Airport to Lohara.
