Mandapalli is a small rural area in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located on the southern bank of the Godavari river, not far from the picturesque estuary to the east, at a distance of 58 km. Apart from the Bay of Bengal coast, one can always readily visit the Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary (63 km to the north-east), adjacent to the seaside.

The place in itself does not have great places of interest unlike Rajahmundry. Some of the places worth visiting in Rajahmundry are Gowthami Ghat, Godavari Bund, Venkateshwara Swamy Temple, Sir Arthur Cotton Museum, a boat ride on the river Godavari and others.
