About Manipal


Manipal, a suburb of Udupi, is located in Karnataka. This is a university town, offering various fields of study to global students. Dr. T.MA Pai transformed this area from a barren region to what it is today. Manipal got its name from Mannu meaning Mud and Palla which is Lake in Kannada and Tulu. About Koppal


Koppal is a newly formed district in the state of Karnataka in Bangalore which was carved from Raichur in the year 1998. Koppal is surrounded by Raichur in the east, Gadag in the west and Bellary in the south. The district headquarters is located near Hampi, at a distance of 44 km east.
