Mothara is a small village in the Naliya Taluka of Gujarat. The cities nearest to Mothara are Bhuj (41 km) and Jamnagar (117 km). Mothara is part of the Kutch district in Gujarat. Mothara is situated on the banks of the river Kankavati, and has a largely Hindu and Jain population.
