Ochira, also known as Oachira, is a small town in the Kollam District of Kerala, India. It comes under the South Kerala Division. Ochira is situated 30 km away from district headquarters Kollam and is 100 km away from state capital Thiruvananthapuram. It is surrounded by the taluks of Bharanicavu and Muthukulam in the north and Karunagappally in the south. Kayamkulam, Adoor, Mavelikkara and Chengannur are some of the neighbouring cities to Ochira.
