A village located in the eastern part of Ramanathapuram district, Tamil Nadu, Panaikulam or Panaikkulam is a place surrounded by ponds and palm trees. Primarily inhabited by Muslims, the central attraction of the village is the well-known mosque, the Jummah Pallivasal.
