Sirsi is the largest town located in North Kanara district of Karnataka. The town is famous as a hill station, surrounded by lush greenery and marvelous waterfalls. The cultivation of abundant adike (supari) or betel nut has made this place as one of the major trading centres of betel nut. The town is located at a distance of 105 km from Hubli and 25 km from Banavasi town.
