Veeravasaram, a village in Andhra Pradesh’s West Godavari district, was earlier an old trade centre of British East India Company. The temple of goddess Paddala Venkamma in Panja Vemavaram (5 km from here) draws a huge number of devotees from in and around the village. There are several other temples in the village which are worth visiting.
