Yadur is the native home ground of Shree Veerbhardra temple- situated on the banks of the holy river Krishna, was founded by the holy saint Shri Kseshtra Yadur. This temple is approximately 94 km from Belgaum and was founded way back in the 12th century. The temple is a part of the Kadshiddeshwar Math trust. Many religious rituals are performed here on a daily basis. ‘Shri Veerupakshalinga’ or the Shivalinga was also founded here.
