Arumuganeri

In Thoothukudi district of the southern state of Tamil Nadu is the town of Arumuganeri. The place has a number of good schools here. Rice cultivation is the major source of livelihood for the people in this town.

At Palli Vasall, there is a mosque which is believed to be more than 200 years old. This is a historical spot and also there is a bazaar named as Palli Vasall.

People using bus facility form Palli vasall-center heart of Arumuganeri (called as junction or centre place).

Railways:

Arumuganeri consists of two railway stations (Arumuganeri, Kayalpattinam).  There are trains running to different places from this town.

The Tuticorin airport is the closest airport to this place. It is located at a distance of 20 km from this place.
