Sindhanur is a small taluk located in Raichur District of the South Indian state of Karnataka. The “Sailani Darwaza†is an enormous gateway that has derived its name from the Saint. This tomb with its beautiful architecture is visited by people from different parts of the country.
CITADEL: The Citadel also known as the Bala Hisar is nestled in the hills in the south-western parts of the fort. Tourists visit this place to witness the magnificent sculptures and pillars that is witness to the Hindu sculptures.
EK-MINAR-KI-MASJID: as the name suggest it is the only minaret of the region. The mosque has the Persian inscriptions and is the oldest mosque of the region. Many tourists flock to this place to witness the domes and the galleries. One can get the amazing view of the entire town from here.
