In the Indian State of Tamil Nadu, is a panchayat town by the name of Uthamapalayam. It is located in the Theni district which is the district headquarters of the place. This temple situated at Kuchanoor near Chinnamanur on the banks of river Surabhi is dedicated to Saturn or Lord Sani. Hence the name Sri Saneeswaran. People come in large numbers to pay their homage to Lord Shani.
