Dear ticket goose. I booked the ticket in essaar travel through your site. I am sorry to say this bus driver behaved like a rowdy element and challenging that he will not response for anything when I was questing about the main door was struck and not able to enter the bus. Also communicating that you bigger payed 300 rupees and this is enough for you. Don't talk bull shit. Not safe for ladies to travel alone since threatening that she will show his muscle power if some one compliant about the issues. Please take up with this management's. 9th September from palladam to peravurani travel rude behaviour of this driver when I dropped my wife to my native.

We travelled from Kaaraikudi to coimbatore
on 8th Feb 2015 at 9.45PM in ESSAR travels.
The bus had a horrible sound everytime the brake was pressed. The sound would
have crossed 100 decibels I think, which was capable enough to spoil our ears.
That too, all this happened during the night hours. Driver has no clue how to
solve this and also he adds the point that, the vehicle was handed over to him
just before our journey starts. we had a very very bad experience.

The boarding time was a big problem, no office in guindy the actual time was 11.30 but the bus came post 12.00pm, apart from that the bus was clean.
