I booked bus from coimbatore to chennai, the boarding time was 10.30 pm. A representative called from kallada and told me, the bus was one hour late and start by 11.300. But the bus arrived by 12.45 only. Then then bus didnt arrive to the omni bus stand. 6 passengers including me are stuffed into and omni van and moved to bypass road , nelambur to catch the bus. No proper response from kallada travels. I hate it.. Also in koyambedu, they didnt drop me in CMBT / omni bus stand. I think they may have contract with auto. The kallada travels dropped me in an auto stand which is 1.5km away from cmbt. I walked to CMBT. I never get into such travels again.

Please stay away from KALLADA TRAVELS they are always delayed beyond 2-3 hours and have the most irresponsible and abusive staff. Any enquiry is rudely answered and they are also abusive.

The worst experience, for the first time travel in Kallada from Perundurai to Bangalore. The timings were so bad, we need to wait for 2 hour's of late arrival, and the telephone support staff, is not trained to behave with the right way. He says, its very normal to get delayed. Initially they said 1 Hr delay, then 30 mins and then another few mins. The comfort inside the Bus was good. While charging the Premium price keeping time is the most important thing. If not then they should not charge premium rates. If they can't keep the time, they should change the schedule time. This is not fair for the price charged. No one will understand this. Ticket Goose should think, their business depends upon the Good Quality of Bus , they provide. Try to pass the info to Kallada, and get your ranking better.

Greetings!!! Pleasant Morning to you, first of all I would like to thank and appreciate your kind service. Because, I and my associate have used your bus service more than 10 times from the past four months. Usually, we travel from Pondicherry to Avinashi / Avinashi to Pondicherry. Your service were exceptional during those days. But, you have spoilt your whole brand image just like that by yesterday. Matter of fact, I have booked Kalada travels from Avinashi to Pondicherry yesterday through ticket goose.com. The boarding time was 11.55 at Avinashi. Unfortunately, the bus has reached after 1 am only due to some reasons. I understood the situation sometimes it may happen due to several reasons like traffic or maintenance. I boarded at 1 am and I found that two people were sitting on our seats so I asked the bus boy (Kallada employee) then he immediately spoke to them and offered the same seats for us. I have found that someone has used the blanket and kept it on my seat so I asked your employee to offer another sheet. He immediately told me that I can’t offer you another sheet and I replied that it was used by someone else. He suddenly raised his voice and said that I can’t give a new blanket to every customer in a rude manner. If he is a proactive person then he could have find a folded blanket from the empty seats. Moreover, there were more than two empty seats. But, he didn't do it, because he doesn't care about a customer. Whenever I travel through Kallada bus I used to ask bus driver to stop at either Mollakulam / Reddiyar Palayam stopping or they also did it all the times but except today. In the same experience, I have requested bus driver to stop in the above destination today but he refused to stop it there and he told me that its peak hours I can’t help you out. I have pleased many times but the answer was no. In addition, as he said he has stopped the vehicle in Pondicherry bus stand only. Before I was getting down, I said I know you have all the rights to stop the vehicle as per the company policy but in the same way you should have rights to reach the vehicle as per the scheduled time at Avinashi. All of a sudden, he stared at me then said you are not my owner and you are not paying me also. So, you don’t have any rights to ask this question to me. The driver reply was in threatening manner. Let me explain in what way I get affected by your service. First of all, your bus delay made me to wait for an hour in the freaking Avinashi road. Secondly, your employee’s uncouth behaviour hurt me personally and mentally. Finally, I had to get an auto to reach my home so they charged me rupees 200 from Pondicherry bustand to my home. In case, if your bus driver would have stopped in Moolakulam then I just needed to pay 80 rupees instead of 200. This poor customer service have completely disappointed and affected me. You have completely ruined my three most valuable hours and rupees 120 as well. But, money doesn’t matter for me. Could you please tell me in what way you are going to compensate the time you have ruined it due to your bus delay and poor service? This incident and your employees behaviour forced me to decide to stop use the Kallada bus services in future. As an Advocate, I have many clients in Tirupur and Coimbatore so monthly I have to travel around 3 to 4 business trips to Avinashi. Unfortunately, you have lost a long term customer. You may think losing a single customer doesn’t make a huge impact on business but this may increase gradually day by day through your poor customer service. It would definitely affect your reputation in a negative way. I would like to mention that, this is a competitive world there are many best bus service available in India. If you forget to treat your passengers in a proper way then the passengers will forget you instantly and they will definitely use some other bus service. I just wanted to share my experience, because I have used your bus services for a long time. Proactive approach may help you to avoid this kind of issues in future. First of charging travel , they never provide water inside the bus not even halted for morning tea/coffee inspite, they reached 2 hours behind schedule. Please change the timing as 10 am not 8 am while booking itself. Starting also came late by 15 minutes. Please never recommend this bus to other passenger and while giving blankets just throw behind my next seat when i woke up at 2 am then only i realised that they provided blanker. This is very sorry state of affairs.

This is the worst service provider in all means. I have traveled so many times & never they maintain the schedule. Moreover, behavior of the staff members are literally ARROGANT. Whenever, last minute when my train tickets do not get confirmed, only service where ticket used to be available is Kallada..No surprise, seldom people take their service I think. I have seen so many passengers are getting nasty treatment from their staff. I shall quote yesterday's incident in their Calicut bus @ 8.30 Pm...Indeed it started only @ 9.30 Pm...No surprises! Morning it reached a patrol bunk & the staff have informed that there is a 10 mnts break and pax can use the toilet facility and after 10 minutes without checking whether all got in they started the bus & 1 pax who could not board the bus started running behind it and still no one noticed, he threw a small stone to the wheel of the bus..Since it did not hit the bus, none noticed and a person in the road saw & asked the driver to stop. When the passenger finally got into the bus the driver started abusing the person in nasty words like 'Puram pokky Naye' @*&%$^^ etc.. I do not want to write a long story...Simple..if possible avoid traveling in this service & if there is no other go...Take the risk!!!

I was pleased with the punctuality and the service. However, an incident that took place on my Bangalore - Ernakulam journey on 29 June 2014 completely changed my opinion. On 30th morning, as we reached Ernakulam, I misplaced my wallet in the bus. However, on immediately calling up the office, I obtained the number of the driver, Mr. Varghese. I called him up and they were able to locate the wallet in the place where I was seated. I requested them to return it on their trip back to Bangalore which was on 2nd July 2014. To my absolute shock, they demanded Rs. 500 from me for the return of my own wallet. Although there were no valuables in the wallet as such and the cards were blocked, the only reason I paid the money was because I wouldn't be able to obtain a spare SIM card of the one I carry in the wallet. This is disgraceful behaviour. I have been travelling often on these routes and normally find the drivers and conductors to be very curt but honest. This was unexpected to the core

I have travelled twice in Kallada travels from Erode to Bangalore which is about to start @ erode by 08:30 and reach bangalore by 11:55 AM. But both the times, the bus was late and it reached bangalore at 01:05 and 01:15 PM, because of which i had to go late to my office. Also, when the bus comes to erode, most of the passengers arenot sittingin their allocated seats and when we ask for our seats, they just ask us to sit in the free seats available. This is not so good for a reputed operator. Bus quality was good both times and didnt face any issues.

I travelled from Banglore to Nagercoil(9.30 PM Service) AC Multi Axle on 06-06-14 and had got the worst experience on Kallada G4 travels Given below are the items I wanted to bring to your notice. - No Shawls are provided for the last seats. - When we questioned about it, the support person never bothered to listen and when we insisted they arrogantly replied "This is not my Job!!!" and asked us to go and collect from office. - They put AC for first 3 hours and put it in FAN mode . Most of us sitting at back were not able to sleep all night, as we were sweating and there was no other ventilation. - No punctuality at all: The total travel time in your website shows as 7.30 Hrs. but we reached our destination only by morning 8.30 AM so there was a delay of more than 3 Hrs. I travelled from Trivandrum to Bangalore on Thursday. Bus started from Trivandrum on time at 8PM. But reached Bangalore Silkboard at 8.50 AM against 7AM as they claimed. Bus Condition was Ok, not that impressive.

1 june 14, I travelled with Kallada chennai to dindukal. I am happy with ambiance and timing of bus. My suggestion, no where it is mentioned that it will be dropping at bye pass of dindugal. Some other sites it is clearly mentioned that dindugal - bye pass. In eargly morning it is difficult to go bus stand from bye pass and auto are charging very high due to untime and I am forced to pay for that.

Last week i booked my ticket through kallada travels from bangalore to hyderabad, i had a nice journey, bus quality was good, good service, but little bit late to arrive boarding point, actual time is 11:15 PM, reached @ 11:30 PM. I hope they will improve. Thank you for providing this service.
