Traveled Coimbatore to Bangalore in sleeper bus on 8th in the time of 10.45pm. that bus was totally horrible, ACs water leaked under me and total seat was wet and not able to sleep at all, how the bus cleaner or driver not noticed and to rectified or to change the bus and here after i will not travel KPN travels.and my suggestion kindly remover the travel in your ticket goose site.

Booked ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore & following is my experience 1. Started 45 mins delay from the actual start time i.e instead of 10.15 it started @11 2. Every one knows that KPN network is huge, that is why they are not taking care of customers. Response is too poor. 3. I have paid 940 rupees per ticket but the bus I deserved is not at all work even for 650.The lights are not working, beds are not clean. 4. Reached coimbatore @ 9am with 2 hrs of delay 5. I would rate 2 star to KPN & 4 star rating to ticket goose.

KPN very bad bus.... I booked a full sleeper AC from Trichy to Chennai and the bus was not up to the mark. The windows were openable and the AC was not working well. Over and above this there were mosquitoes to accompany you as well. I will never book a KPN again.

Worst bus service, they are not starting on time from Egmore so the people waiting to board on in Guindy/Tambaram get affected much. The general reason they say is the delay is due to traffic, but thats not true. Poor co-ordination b/w staff in allocating/verifying seats and thus add another delay. Very worst service, never choose this bus.

happy was there while booking the ticket, It has gone while travelling. Bus started at 12.45 pm in erode . Stopped in the Kuppanur at 1.45 pm because of the radiator tube hole. After a major try, the bus went to 2.15 pm to salem. Their we have wait upto 3 pm and we have been shifted to another bus in the same seat. While we are entering into the bus lot of sound. Reason for that is A/C is not working .Hot air. Unable to sit inside. Everybody has got breathing trouble. Finally what they have done we dont know. After a long try the a/c was worked well. Governmentbuses status everybody knows. So most of the peoples preferred private buses. Private buses behave like that. If they behave like that. they will loose their customers. and their business will be a big question mark. They have to correct immediately.KPN travels having good name with the public.Now a days they are spoiling their images by their these type of worst customer services.

Worst experience I had travelling from Virudhunagar to Hyderabad on 9th Aug 2014. I booked the tkt on 9th early morning and did not get email/pdf tkt from ticket goose. Then had to call and reconfirm if the booking is confirmed. Next the boarding address given was KPN virudhunagar office address and when called they said pickup will be from Byepass road opp to PRC depot which is 2 kms from there office and hence no need to come to their office. So went to the boarding point mentioned by the KPN agent at 5.15pm for the 5.45 pm bus. As there were no sign of bus till 6.30 called the local kpn agent and he said he have no idea about the Hyderabad bus and to wait till it comes. Then searched KPN website and called their Madurai office and they also said the same. Finally called the salem office and they also said they have no idea about the bus and to contact the local office. It was a surprise that non of them had the driver phone number and no one knew where the bus is located. Finally the bus came at 7.15 pm and non of the KPN office - salem. Madurai or virudhunagar cared to inform the status of the bus

It was a worst Experience. I have booked AC sleeper from CHENNAI to BANGALORE. My boarding point was T.Nagar and boarding time is 11pm. I got a call at 10.15 from KPN services informing bus will not arrive at T.Nagar. Either I have to board in Egmore in 10.30PM or Koyembeu at 11PM. WIll they inform 15 mins before journey ? And funny part is they threatened saying If you don't come we will on time. At least they can inform in a pleasing polite manner. Ticket goose should know this before and Inform passengers. Just sending SMS on the date of Journey is no use.

Yesterday my mother travelled from Bangalore to Salem in bus number KA51 A9199 in the afternoon. Air conditioner not at all worked. This bus is starting from Bangalore (not pickup point in Bangalore) only, still KPN management send the not working AC bus for service. Not worth for the money.

This was my worst ever experience in KPN bus. The bus number is PY01 CB9919. Its from chennai to madurai on 25th July 2014. The bus was delayed and started late around 11.30pm and around 2am, it got punctured and the repair time took 1 hour. Then in the early morning, after crossing trichy, there was heavy smoke inside and outside bus due to some issue. KPN Management didn't provide alternate bus, instead we were left with only choice to continue traveling in the same bus or depart and take another bus. I am gonna take legal action against them. Hope co passengers also do the same.

Very Worst experience with KPN travels.Travelled from Chennai to Salem on 11-july-14.My boarding point was Egmore and bus timing was on 10.45PM.The staffs at the Egmaore office said that due to some problem salem bus is waiting at Perugalathur (but the fact is No bus was there) and asked us to board in Chennai - Tirchy till Perugalathur but the staff at T-Nagar office asked to get down and bus to salem will come at 2.30 only.Moreover my co-passengers are not agreed to that.we were demanding for a proper reason.There were 5 female passengers including myself.I was asking what would be the security for at that mid night.While one of the staffs was trying to convience to get down from the bus the other person said "Why the hell your begging them, its their FATE! Let them suffer". Then I called to Customer care number that is given at KPN website.Once they connected and asked the issue later after 10 mins,no one attend the call.One of my co -Passenger gave a staff working at head office mobile number,he spoke like as if he doesn't know anything about this issue.I explained him paitently he heared and said he will speak to that staffs at Chennai and call me back but he never called me. Later by 1.45 midnight the bus started from T-Nagar with a confirmation that bus has arrived Perugalathur.we reached there at 2.15AM but we found no sign of any bus.Later by 2.30AM, a bus came with front mirror broken.Eventhough everyone was scared we had no other option exopect boarding into that bus. I had decided never ever think about KPN hereafter at any case

The worst ever experience with KPN service and Ticketgoose ticket booking i had on last Saturday (12th Jul 2014). Actually i booked my ticket 12th Jul night journey(A/C sleeper) and boarding point was at Wilson Garden to Madurai (Mattuthavani). I reached the boarding point at 9:00 PM. When i reports to them about the boarding time they said 'OK' and wait for some time so i went to have my dinner. At 9:24 PM i got a call and they said where am i? I said i reached the boarding point and i am closure only. After i had my dinner when i went to KPN they asked my PNR number and said i came to wrong point, and they found that there was system error after i shown my PNR number and all. Then i boarded into the A/C sleeper which i felt there is no issue but i noted that there is very less passenger. Around 12 o'clock in the mid night it was stopped at a canteen (where they regularly stop) but it was not started for so long time, after 45 minutes they said there is a problem in the head light and they can't drive this bus any more so change to another bus. That bus was a A/C semi sleeper. There was no proper reason about A/C sleeper to A/C semi sleeper and the driver was look like very rude and didn't reply to our question. As it was mid night and sleepy mood we carried on. We reached madurai around next day morning 5:30 AM at KPN travels parcel services which is near 'Periyar Bus Stand' at madurai. When we questioned why it is not going to 'Mattuthavani' the driver again didn't answer and looked very rude. Only one elder lady 'around age 55' was sitting and asking that driver and everyone else gone. Till now there is no information about the refund also for degrading booking from A/C sleeper to A/C semi sleeper. As whole this is my worst experience with KPN travels. I am using KPN service almost 6 years and i have the ever worst experience in this travel.

Worst Service by KPN. I booked the ticket through ticketgoose at 4.45 PM for 7 PM A/C VOLVO. When i reached the boarding point they are telling me that the bus is cancelled. This is not the first time KPN is doing this. They will cancel your bus and provide you with another bus 3 or 4 hours later without facilities that you expect.. like first/last seat where there is no semi sleeper etc... Reported this to ticketgoose immediately. KPN gave me choice A/c volvo sleeper at 8 PM or A/C volvo at 10 PM. I had to wait for 3 hrs there for the 10 PM bus as i am not comfortable with sleeper. Everytime KPN does this. If ticketgoose did not list that option i would have booked my ticket in anyother bus. KPN is the worst i have ever seen. The A/C volvo smells. the semi sleeper does not work in most seats. stops in many places for small breaks. This will be the last time i will travel by KPN. Hope ticketgoose authorities work out this with KPN.

Worst experience in KPN. Harsh breaking every 3 minutes, boarded the bus at trichy at 1.30 pm reached near hosur at 10.00 pm. Worst in all. Ended up with a severe backache. To top it all bus driver was yelling using bad language at passing vehicles.

Hey hi...dis s Venkat....I jst had a very worst experience dis monday midnight...i jst booked two sleeper class tickets in AIRZONE TRAVELS through ticketgoose.....The pickup point mentioned was Salem new bus stand and my destination was Chennai....Bt unfortunately the bus did nt report to the mentioned spot..wen enquired thru mobile to the number mentioned in the ticket (9715387888) i was told to come to another place which was about 7 kms from the mentioned pickup point...I donno how they suppose me to come there during midnight with ma dad all alone...even public transport was not available at that time...we contacted AIRZONE head office at perundurai thru phone...we didn't have proper response from them...they claimed that the bus is already late and so they couldn't come inside the city...nd den no other go we had...we jst took a cab and paid around 200 and went to the place mentioned by the bus driver over the phone...Even after spending lots of money we had d worst experience ever---dat too at the midnight.......Pls do register my feedback and take proper action... Booking experience thru netbanking and credit card was not working when tried thru mobile app! after 4 times it worked. But ok with the performance. On the Otherside KPN travels its ok. Not like as Hebron Transports. Seats can be maintined well.

One of the worst Travels I Had booked ticket with, I booked Ticket on 22.06.2014 from Chennai to Coimbatore, He Intentionally stopped from Getting into the bus by saying i have drunk, Because when i was waiting for the bus it was delay and my friends were giving comment , The fellow behaved very cheaply and was using very bad words, I booked the ticket by paying 1000 rs. One of the worst travels i have seen, I have traveled many times in the same travels but now they have changed and the staff behaviour is the worst ever i have seen .

Booked from Chennai to Erode in KPN VOLVO on friday (20/06/2014). Bus was almost half hr late but thats not an issue. Most irritating things are below. 1. They turned off the AC after Salem. I really surprised when i hear a response from the driver stating that , most of the people got down at Salem so we will not turn on the AC. -> In this case , why the hell they should charge 720/ rs stating that AC/ VOLVO ? can they discount 100 for not providing AC ? Never, that is not going to happen for sure. There is no ventilation at all , even the fan option was not available. KPN IS WORST NOWADAYS AND THE Behavior of the STAFFS are very cheap. 2. The cleaner approached me and was asking for money stating that he didnt have dinner at night. He is so adamant in getting money from me. -> Does KPN , not giving enough salary to its employees ? I don't mind in giving tips but when someone disturbs you while sleeping and ask you for money that really irritates. TICKET GOOSE , I need proper justification and explanation on this with the ETA. Note : I never need any apologize ,all i want is that A PROPER & RESPONSIVE EXPLANATION.

Hi, I had booked a ticket for journey from salem to chennai in KPN via ticketgoose. Journey date - 2nd June 2.30 pm. The bus did not start till 3.30 and when I went to KPN office I was told bus will start only at 6.30 and if not interested in travelling so late they will cancel my ticket and process full refund. The KPN salem team collected my ticket info and confirmed refund will be done in 7 days. My travel Id - TGE62765986. I have been following up for last 3 weeks but there is no update from ticket goose or KPN. all my calls to ticketgoose ended up as ' we will call you in 10 minutes sir' but i never got a call back. First of all had to appreciate ticketgoose. Their service was excellent in selecting the seat, buses and boarding points etc and sending prompt remainders to mobiles. They all were upto date and user friendly. Hope they continue it in the same manner as well as by improving it. Regarding KPN, they were once sought out travel service but sadly not anymore. Troubled with their seat ergonomics. Seems like the blankets are not washed for some days. Though they were punctual in starting the buses, but they are late by two hours or more in reaching the destination point. This spoils all our calculation while travelling through the inskirts of chennai (or by byepass). Their staffs promptly say it will go late by two hours on boarding itself. If it is so they could have updated in the website itself. Atleast people could select other bus service that would go through the city. Ticketgoose can make a monthly statistics of its punctuality percentage of the bus routes. This will help in selecting the buses.

I travelled by Bangalore to chennai - 2.00 p.m departure and scheduled arrival is 8.00 pm . We reached at 9.45 p.m. no specific reasons and i had past three travel experience with this bus on poor time adherence very very poor . I choose your travels for Safety , Maintenance and Ontime adherence . I have seen on time adherence is this missing with this bus . Any how nothing is going to change as KPN management does not believe in customer focus , courtesy and customer handling which is pathetic and no training on hospitality is provided to their staffs ,Why not KPN Management think of Flight Courtsey / Hospitality its time Private operators provide more service to the customers . i strongly believe that all such feedback's are for formality and either the bus operators or the booking agents are not taken any action or remedies for the complaints made by travelers like me. i am a marketing manager and i am travelling all over India for last 10 years. i hope that only KSRTC (karnataka state road transports) company only acting immediately for the customers complaints. none of other bus operators not doing the same. one thing the bus operators and the booking agents has to thing the passengers are not a fools and not an ordinary common man, we are paying high amount in the segment. but the employees working with operators even though unskilled - little aged people not behaving respectably with the passengers. we know all these things and choosing the best worst operators in the sector. and also i reviews ticket goose reply for the feed backs in the list, its all are for formalities and repeated words as machine words. but one thing i wants to say to you all, now a days options are more and choices are more to select. big big companies are not in the pictures now. there is an end for all mistakes. please take care in future operations specially convey this to KPN management if it possible convey to Mr. K.P.Nagarajan sir, who was made our journey comfortable for last 20 years, but noe the next generation people spoiling his company and his name. sorry KPN sir. you should do re-organised your operations, which will ensure your old customers like me for last 20 year plus. I have travelled from chennai to madurai by kpn sleeper bus on 10.06.2014 tuesday night by bus no. PY01AP1999. It was a very bitter experience for the entire travellers. because, the driver was damn tired during the entire journey. when we were asked, he politely replied, he has been working without leave for the last 1 week. His eyes were begging for sleep, and he controlled his tiredness, and dropped us properly at madurai on 11.06.2014 wednesday at 8 am (10 hrs 15 minutes for 450 kms ... ?). The driver is also human being, how the management is expecting him to work without rest. The management must know, the passengers are not mercy, picking up the vehicle by late and dropping them at very late. I travelled by KPN from bangalore to coimbatore and back . Had a horrible experience. My pickup time was 11 15 pm from KPN office at Bomanhalli . I reached there by 10 45 and there was nobody at the reception. There was a line of buses outside the office, both on the main road as well as the service road and i had no clue which bus goes where. There were announcements been made in kannad and tamil and that too the speaker was spoilt and i couldn't understand a word. Buses were coming and going and i had no option but to ask the driver of each and every bus that came. I did this till 12 15 am when my bus finally arrived. It was an hour late and till that time there was nobody on the reception to enquire. The return was not so bad but again the bus was an hour late while returning too. Would never again travel by KPN . Have travelled by SRS, Neeta , Kaesenini ...They are so much much better.

KPN old volvo buses don't have a better AC and seat comfort. My travel was a bad experience, that too in this hot summer. We were total 18 passengers, but even then the AC cooling was too poor.

Hi, My latest trip in KPN is very bad experiance. nagercoil to bangalore 8.30 service, A/C had some problem its in volvo bus without that we cant travel, but they asked to travel upto salem and they said, we will repair it there. Few of passenager asked this things to travel office and they were booked tisket through ticket goose and KPN travel people said, if u have booked ticket through other online vendor go and ask them. its not proper response. better try to help, these kind of things will not happen for others.

I know TicketGoose is not responsible for this, but I had a horrible experience with Kallada Travels on the Chennai-Palghat route on May 12, 2014 (PNR No. OTGS29272/ TG PNR TGE5CW07330). The attender and the bus driver refused to turn down the volume on TV. Even when I pointed out that most people were sleeping (it was already 10:30 pm), they sarcastically said that they can't do so just because one person is asking and pointed to a boy, 6 or 7 years old, who was watching the stupid dishum-dishum fights (when the volume gets really loud). There were no bathroom breaks (and no toilets either in their office or nearby in Perungalathur, in Chennai; or at Koyambedu, for that matter) and when two women tried to get out of the bus at a petrol bunk (where I had quickly run in while diesel was being filled), the driver started the bus and took off. All sorts of suitcases and heavy bags had been tossed on top of a small bag I had checked in. And the attendant randomly picks suitcases and hands them to me--anyone can walk away with another person's luggage. There is no check-in ticket or tag for the luggage. Totally horrible experience. I will avoid this company.
