Very poor service.Had taken the bus on 26/06/15 from Chennai - Trichy. Bus came only by 11.05 and they reached Tambaram by 12:20 and Guduvanchery by 01;30 in the midnight. As the bus was half empty they stopped every where till Guduvanchery trying to sell the left out seats. Reached Trichy only by 0700 hrs instead of 0500 hrs. Had taken this bus only because there was no other buses available.

Very worst travels, poor service, no punctuality. my doubt is even though ticket goose getting negative feedbacks-from the below why ticket goose provide service to MJT travel..or else ticket goose will lose its crediblity.. tottally dissatisfied with the bus service...

Very Worst travels.I think bus is very nice when see on outside. But on inside very bad. i book as AC bus. but i cant feel that is A/C bus. It is a Non-A/C bus feel only i have. i felt very bad. i open window and travel on that bus. kindly change the bus or. kindly dont put as A/C sleeper.

And the bed also became the bad smell. Hereaft i wont use this bus.

Worst travels. Staff behaviour worst. Bus condition worst, lot of false commitmentts by staffs, traveling time is very late. Taking passenges to sit in floors.. the travel is like taking bunch of buffalos in small van. Worst travels MJT. Dont choose for it. Yhis is not the first time I had travelled 6times all are worst. I am not sure Why ticket goose still support MJT.

Yesterday(06/01/2015) I booked one ticket for Pongal holiday which means I chose 14/01/2015 but I got a message on boarding date and Time was 06/01/2014(10:15pm)(booked time:10:11pm).I asked about this in MJT Travels..They said simply we can't do anything..Is this the way to treat a customer..I said at least try to change the date on 14th Jan 2015..But they didn't respond properly.. So Please don't go for this site..They were cheated me...I never give up this issue...

Had a terrible journey last night (12/29/2014) from Pudukottai to Chennai. The condition of the bus was pathetic and the ride was back breaking. The bus staff stopped the bus at Trichy at around 11.30 pm and start hawking to sell the left over one seat. The deal was not done there and the bus did not continue the journey. The bus stopped for another 45 minutes and loaded another 15 people (beyond seating capacity) and made them sit in the walking lane. The safety of all the passengers was compromised. Luckily no untoward incident happened. When questioned, the unruly staff told that there is no use questioning them as this (to make money by loading extra people at the risk of other passengers) was the decision made by MJT Travels and not by them. I sincerely request Ticket goose not to list MJT Travels in your fleet as they are tarnishing your reputation.

I asked my friend to cancel the ticket before 6 hours of journey, if the refund is zero then why the hell it is allowing to cancel the ticket, he did it without seeing the refund rupees as zero. When I asked to rebook that ticket, it was not possible.

Please get rid of these unreliable or call it what ever reason for a bad service. Sooner you get them out of ticketgoose the better. It looks like the past few months there were tons of negative comments. So even in that case ticketgoose will still sell their tickets doesn't show a good moral. This might make us leave ticketgoose all together. Hope my 5 mins of this review time is useful. Thanks

New buses added are good. But staff behavior is very bad. Seats are changed every time because the last minute traveler would be with family or girl friend.

1) Worst in punctuality - last thursday i traveled Chennai-Trichy, the bus was 1 and 1/2 hr late than the scheduled time. 2) AC was not working at all. 3) Worst in customer service - When i called to know where the bus was coming, all the time they said within 20 mins the bus reach Tambaram which means they lied everytime. I will never choose this travels again and won't suggest this for friends.

Worst travel experience . Wont suggest anyone here after. Bus started 1 hour late . AC WAS NOT AT ALL WORKING. All in bus were sweating. And Driver came and checked and said , "cooling is less. But AC is working". Literally none in the bus had a good experience.

Day before yesterday when i was travelling from chennai to trichy , the bus came 21/2 hours late.we were waiting near Guindy. When it reaches Tambaram, they allowed extra passengers to get into the bus. They started sleeping on the floor. As usual the ac was not working. It was a horrible journey. There was quarrel between the passengers. Here after I will not prefer MJT bus service

I had a very bad experience on the day i travelled with MJT, Bus started 30 minutes late by having a complain of AC not working. Later they fixed and started. But AC was not at all sufficient enough...everyone in the bus were sweating and it had a very bad smell prevailing over the bus. Seats are worn out. Finally while reaching chennai, bus breakdown in guduvancherry and entire day was spent with MJT to reach chennai. :(
