Bus is too late. If its happens please inform prior. I booked pick point from ashok pillar but It came 1 hour late. Please add GPS tracker to know bus locations. Also please add mobile charge points in all the seats. Thanks.

I would never prefer this bus in my life again. My kind advice is please do travel in MGM travels

I had a very worst experience with MGM travels once. I booked a bus with boarding point as Tambaram. The bus was late by 2hrs. I don't mind this delay due to chennai traffic. But the problem is they left me at Tambaram without picking up inspite of me waiting for 2hrs. They didn't bother to make a single call even when I was in full network coverage. Then I called their office and after a discussion they asked me to board another bus of their same travels. I was happy for that. But is this a way that a private travels would behave to their passengers? When boarded the alternate bus, the bus conductor was shouting at me that it is my fault for not identifying the bus. I have identified my bus correctly. When I was entering the correct bus, the conductor confused me that my bus was coming behind. So I got down. When boarding the next bus they shocked me that my bus had already left. These kind of confusions would arise since their buses come one after other. My question is how a bus would move without making a call to the passenger if the passenger is absent? I could booked in SETC who will not even bother to call the passenger. Now what is the difference between MGM TRAVELS and SETC?

Do not book in Mum travels. Staff service is very bad. they don't know what is meaning of hospitality. Very worst service
