Bad experience.. I booked my ticket for Bangalore to Mumbai journey, my pick up time is 7pm I got a call around 6.15 saying bus was cancelled. The bus I booked started from Chennai then Wy the cancellation information given at 6.15 bcoz of this I am forced to travel in flight for 4.5k I paid 3.5 k additional.. Pnr no Tgwn4ywtchw.

We traveled from Chennai to Bangalore by Seabird bus. It was on time when the bus started. we booked the ticket in 2+2 coach. But when we entered inside it was 2+1. So we were pushed to the back. It was inconvenient to travel. We wanted to be in front but we were at back. It was given as no dinner break but bus stopped in a hotel for half an hour. We reached Bangalore after one hour of scheduled time. We started on 18th Sep at 3.00 pm from Central. It will be nice if they follow what is told. Thank you.

I boarded Bangalore - Chennai on 28 Aug 2014. I was told to board at Rajarajeswari Nagar. But the bus driver refused to come inside and asked me to take an auto and come to Gopalan Mall. The next horrible thing happened is they took to another place where I informed driver that I would get some water. The driver told that bus would wait for 15 minutes. But when I bought the bottle and came back, the bus already left. I had to take an auto to catch the bus. Pathetic!

I have travelled from Bangalore to Chennai. Everyone traeted good.Punctaulity and Behaviour was good. Enjoyed my Travel. I have read others comments, seems to be they have to improve in other routes. But. Bangalore to chennai- SEABIRD IS BEST..

Traveled on Multi-Axle Sleeper Seabird bus from bangalore to goa. Bus was late by around 5 hrs because the driver went missing twice for more than 1.5 hr each time. He left the bus stranded on the road side and vanished.The driver/support staff took more than 1 hr to finish their breakfast while all passengers waited near the bus (for at least more than 30 mins after finishing their breakfast) - the support staff carelessly went on chatting/laughter and delayed the bus further. Will never travel Seabird again. Not to mention there was absolutely no added advantage of choosing Multi-Axle Volvo (jerks were same as any other bus). Seabird - Absolutely NO NO !!

I recently traveled in seabird on the 17th of june 2014 from chennai to banglore with my family. The worst experience ever. the bus had no suspension and there was so much of jerk . it was like lying on the tyre itself. the driving was very rash .the whole night i was actually praying that we should reach the place properly. in two places the bus was about to meet with an accident. i will never ever choose sea bird again. Return i booked in jabbar travels from banglore to chennai. the experience was wonderful.they provided water bottles and could not feel any jerk at all.. jabbar travels is good.

I had the worst experience recently while boarding at Chennai to Bangalore.Very rude staff behavior indulging in unjustified accusation and showing no remorse.I do regret choosing sea bird travels.

The worst bus travel i ever experienced.. The ticket was booked from Marathalli, Bangalore to Chennai. The scheduled time was @ 11 pm on Monday 2nd June. The bus never reached to pick us till 12:30 am and made us to wait and get drench in rain. They sent a pick-up van to drop us till Madiwala and we were asked to board from there. The contact person at the Marathalli office never took responsibility to provide a reason why the service operator did not pick us from where we actually have to board. The worst part is the contact number of the bus operator. I was provided with 2 contact numbers. One was switched off and the other was ringing and no body bothered to pick..
