I Booked ticket from bangalore to Tanjavore . The bus boarding time is some thing around 9.30p.m and I am waiting from 8.30 p.m on wards at the boarding point and it was around 10.30 p.m and Bus has not yet came and I tried calling the number that was given but of no use. One ia not avilable and the other one is reachable but he is not picking and sometimes busy and I am keep on trying like that. Since it was very late finally boarded into another bus and my money is wasted. People should get info atleast what is happening. This is too worse

I booked SRM from Chennai to Kalayarkoil and would like to provide a review. 1. Bus number was not provided by SRM as well by Ticket goose. This makes it difficult to find out the correct bus at our boarding point. We went and keep asking every SRM crossing our boarding point. P.S: All other transports share their bus no allocated to the specific route and a text would be forwarded to the passengers. 2. I called SRM customer care and no one was available to pick the call immediately. When someone picked the person was not polite. 3. During travel the bus quality was VERY BAD. I at once thought am I travelling in SRM..? Really..? Too bad quality of bus. 4. To give some examples of the quality, the bus window will open automatically over the midnight when the bus takes up speed. Due to the air speed. 5. Every time I need to wake up and close the window. So, I didn’t have good sleep. So guys, looking to travel on SRM. Choose wisely.

I booked two ticket from Chennai to Visakhapatnam for the 30th Sep 2015 on the MERCEDES BENZ MULTI SLEEPER AC and the time slot to start was at 06:30 PM. When we went and asked the enquiry around 06:25 PM regarding the bus, the person was very rude and shouted at us to wait for the bus. At around 06:45 PM, they just asked us to aboard a different sleeper (not Mercedes) and then were explaining that the actual bus had some problems (We saw that there were 2 Mercedes Benz buses in that location at that point of time). We were traveling with 2 very young kids and we didnt have any choice as the trip cannot be cancelled, cause the total amount will not be refunded, so we had to go on. Once in the bus, the seats were very dirty and the condition of the bus was also very bad. Later we came to know that the number of passengers were less and so they have changed the bus. Even the travel time was pathetic. We reached Visakhapatnam around 12:00 PM. When we were getting down, to calm us down they gave Rs. 100 each as a refund. :). This is the worst trip I had till now and I that too with a very good reputed organization like SRM. I want my money refunded in full. Is this how SRM does business? Please refund my money back and also make sure this does not happen again. With regret Hamanth

Deeply Disappointed and never expected such a bad service from SRM transport. Last weekend (16-5-2015) traveled from chennai to devakottai with my family and returned using same transport. Bus and seat quality was very bad. AC never worked properly. When raised these queries to bus driver he said this is a spare bus. I would like to know what kind of service is this from SRM and Ticketgoose ! Both will loose credibility in long run, if these things are not checked.

Travelled in SRM Volvo day service to Nellai.,. Said arrival time by Ticketgoose at nellai is 06:30 pm, but it reached nellai at only 08:00 pm. Booked a ticket from thirumangalam(madurai) to chennai. Actual boarding time was 9.45 pm. Bus had arrived @ 10..45 pm. Kindly provide exact bus schedule. Not able to get mobile no of the Driver.It was difficult to time. Bus quality was excellent.

Worst Travel experience on SRM transport. I booked a ticket for journey from Chennai to Nagercoil on 16th April for my daughter. When she boarded at Perungalathur the lady nearby seat had a 5 years old son. So the double seat had to be occupied by three persons. I reported the same to the Perungalathur office staffs. The staffs were erratic, said we cant help you can give your feedback to our SRM if you wish. Very bad service from SRM transport especially their staffs' are cranky fellows. They care the lady passenger such a way means think of male passengers !!! My advice, don't choose SRM, choose someother transport from ticketgoose.

I HAD WORST EXPERIENCE DURING MY TRAVEL AT SRM MULTIAXLE AC FROM MADURAI TO CHENNAI. AC doesn't work in that bus and they explorer the issue with a AC mechanic at Madurai and delay 30 mins. But even after that AC is not up,they given false confirmation to the passengers as AC was working fine. But they make up with fan. I was fed up with severe head ache due to bad air & without any ventilation. Please note I had the same experience while I was travelling in KPN.But KPN operators shifted us in another good condition bus @ during on the way.

I used SRM to travel to Tuticorin from Chennai. The sleeper A/C bus was in a bad state - the beds/ cushions were damaged and uncomfortable with outer coverings ripped off, exposing the cushions. Bed side light did not work and the a/c vents above the bed either had damaged / faulty covers and could not adjust the cooling level.

I travelled from Chennai to Tirupur. I didn't receive the bus number through sms. But SRM helpline was really helpful. My bus arrived 30 mins late. The travel was comfortable and we reached Tirupur on time. I'll definitely prefer SRM for future travels.
