I traveled from Bangalore to Ramnad, leaving by the evening of 12-Dec in SRS Non A/C sleeper bus. The bus left promptly at the scheduled time of 6:30PM and the crew was very courteous. The sleeper was comfortable and the carrier in each sleeper was very very handy. Overall a reasonably satisfactory trip except for the curtains - they could not be held in its place, since the hooks were broken / irregular and the Velcro being used for holding the pieces together was simply not there.

The travel time was around 8hours between Madurai to Bangalore..The sleeper bus was ok only with the curtains and seats not so comfortable..(though am a regular commuter with SRS other buses used to be good).

I and my friends traveled on SRS non-ac sleeper on nov-14th from chennai-pollachi. The departure time is 9.45 pm, but they started only around 10.15pm. Bus looked nice and condition was good. No complaints about the driving too.But they had too many halts, it more like a cargo carrier than a passenger bus, they stopped in many places delivering parcels. The scheduled arrival time in Pollachi was 7 AM. But we reached there around 8.45 Am, around 2 hours late, definitely not good.

I travelled on SRS travels Non AC Sleeper on Nov 4th 2014 from Chennai to Coimbatore and Nov 5th 2015 Coimbatore to Chennai Non Ac Sleeper. Bus were on ON TIME, very neat, new bus. Only one thing I felt was, braking was rash. Sudden brakes were applied quite a time.

I travelled from Chennai to Tuticorin on 31-Oct-2014 in SRS Sleeper. The bus halted at a place near Tindivanam for a break. Even though all passengers boarded within 20 min, the driver did not start the bus for one and half hour. Passengers lost their patience and started to fight with the driver. When the driver was enquired, it seems he was waiting for some person (seems that person is known to the driver personally) also to board the bus. He has been calling that person in phone and waiting for one and half hours. It is really a pathetic experience to wait for this long timeL. Also, the staff behavior is not good. The luggage place (at back side of bus) was not opened by them bus keeper at the time of boarding. Hence passengers suffered by placing big baggages near their seats. They also charged extra amount for big suitcases and when they are asked a receipt for the same, they denied to give the receipt. They simply said that it should be collected from boarding office at the time of boarding. The passenger was also not told about this extra charges at the time of boarding.

Travelled in SRS Travels on 14th sep from Tirunelveli to Chennai . Actual Pick up time is 10.15 , but the bus was late and it came to the Pick up point at 10.35 . Other than that the travel was nice . Interested to travel in SRS Travels.

I traveled to Rameshwaram from Chennai. My Boarding point was Perungalathur. Boarding time was 9.15 PM but to be frank bus came at 11.15. Really a worst experience of waiting 2 hours that too in heavy rain. No place to hide also due to whcih i got a severe health issues. Also sleeper beds are not at all good. Too shaky which provided only back pain.

I traveled to Bangalore from Madurai through SRS sleeper. The bus came on time but reached 15 mins late. An interior of the bus is not that much appreciable. But the overall experience is good. The operator is collecting more money (nearly double) during holidays. It is not appreciable. I would not recommend this during holidays.

I travelled on srs Bangalore-kumbakonam-mayiladuthurai sleeper on 24/08/2014. from krishnagiri to tanjore. The bus has no clean beadsheet covered for sleeper bed. The bus came late after45 min of dept time.

I travelled with SRS travells AC volvo on 23rd august, the time was good and on time but one thing that needs to be reported is that :- the staff collected extra amount from passengers to lodge the luggage in the luggage compartment of the bus.

Traveled by SRS Volvo on 13th Aug. Bus was almost 45min late to the pick up point, when there was hardly any traffic on the route to that place. As a result, 45mins late drop in Hyderabad.

I booked both onward and return using Ticketgoose. Ticketgoose experience was seamless, except the fact that the name of first passenger for all the passengers. However, they confirmed that other passenger's name were not required. I booked one busy through VRL travels. The bus was good along with the amenities. The return was SRS and the behaviour of the staff was bad. They switch off the charging points after sometime. They keeping switching off the AC intermittently. The bus is also driven very roughly.

Timing/Punctuality was poor (this has happened all the time whenever i have booked a ticket with SRS,) I am not asking to follow a strict punctuality, +- 15 mins delay is fine, but a delay in +- 45 mins is not acceptable. Second concern is regarding the offer recharge of 10 rs by ticket goose :) (I booked 3 or more times via ticket goose, however i hardly got any re charge as stated, i know 10 rs is not a big sum to prey on, but it is better to make no promise or offers rather than promising offers and not mirroring the same).

I was travelling from Hosur to POndicherry. BUS TIMING- SUPPOSED BOARD AT 11.30PM bUS CAME AROUND 12. MID NIGHT. I had a luggage with bit Heavy. But the driver always telling to take inside Not customer friendly Bus was Jerky throughout the travel.. If it bump in the road it was shaking very badly. I have traveled kodai to chennai in SRS. It takes 16 hours to arrive. Driver keep the bus on and stop the bus at most of the place for goods carriage. There is no ventilation wherever they stop. Before reaching cmbt they ask us to get down in perungallathur that was a worst experience for all. Since we woke few mins back. Overall its a worst experience for us. - bala.

Unfortunately SRS is not the same as its reputation. No proper contact number to track the bus. Waiting time more that 2 hours in an un- hygienic place. Boarding time was 10.45 and the bus arrived at 12.15 AM . Then the driver gave a very irresponsible answer. Seems SPS and Roadlink , KPN are better options than SRS for Bangalore to Coimbatore.

It is my first experience in SRS travels from Hosur to Chennai but first experience was very worst experience. Scheduled departure time 4.30 pm but it reached 5.40 pm only and scheduled reachable time at 10 pm but i had reached at 11.45 pm. There is no proper response from travel as well as driver and he was driving the vehicle as his convenient (he stopped three places without any reason & more than 10 mnts). Worst experience for me and I will never recommended to anyone.

I was travelled on 25th July 2014 from Chennai to Palladam, bus was breakdown near Salem & took around 2 hrs for repair. Even after, bus was slow all along till Tirupur & as usual unload parcels at Erode & Tirupur around 20 mins & finally reached Palladam by around 12 noon. (Don't know when it was reached Pollachi). Now buses are not even maintained properly.

Traveled on 23/07/2014 from Chennai to Coiambatore, actual time for depature is 9.45 PM but bus reached only 11.30 PM. So we reached coiambatore only by 9AM. They are not consider the passenger's comfortness and in the moring 5.30 am the stoped the bus at Salem and started deload the parcels from the bus and they started from Salem by 6.30 AM only. Totally unhappy with my journey

Traveled from Bengaluru-Davanagere SRS seater on July 6,2014. Though its a Non A/C bus but the windows were jammed and it was difficult to open them. I observed that tickets were sold at Rs.240 to passengers who boarded on the outskirts of Bengaluru(after Yeshwantpura) by SRS staff present in the bus. How safe is it to stop at un-designated places ?

Bangalore To Rameswaram - non AC sleeper Bus always starts late for 1 hour to start from bangalore. it happened thrice in the same route for me...Then inside the bus there is no fan and lights are working..the bus is non AC but atleast the given fan should work to travel . Then bed and neatness are absolutely fine. Please do the changes for better travel

i have travelled in SRS sleeper starting from CHENNAI and delayed almost 2 hours to reach Destination point at Erode, after that loading and unloading parcels which makes passengers very much uncomfortable. And also not keep up starting time as delayed by 30 mins. QUALITY OF BED IS NOT GOOD...

All sleeper/semi starting from Thiruchendur always will be delayed almost 45 mins to 1 hour at madurai boarding point, after that loading and unloading parcels at madurai and hosur will take another 1 hour time which makes passengers very much uncomfortable.
