Sorry to say that I didn't booked from Ticket Goose. I had booked directly form the booking counter of Venba travels.
I just want to pass this information to all tickets buyers so that they will not book tickets in such worst services.

Very worst service.
I had booked from Tirupati to Bangalore, Bus
got break down after 30 KM from Tirupati, Driver left the bus with out
informing to any one. After 4 hours attender said that there is no alternate
bus and they said they will refund the money if we arrange alternate service.
Next day I called all the numbers of Tin factory office no one responded. When
I went to office to collect the refund staff behavior was very worst. They are
telling to come later to collect the refund. They are least bothered about he
customer. They don't know what is CRO (Customer Rights Organization) . When I
say I will complain in CRO and Consumer court they said thank you please carry
on.

This is regarding the staff behavior and Punctuality of Venba Travels. I had boarded the bus on 1st October, 2014 from Bangalore to
Goa. The Bus was supposed to leave Bangalore @ 11pm. Instead it left @ 1:30 AM
while waiting for 2.5 hours for which I don’t think anyone has any reason. And
having being so late, the staff of the bus forceably removed a passenger
traveling alone from his seat to move to other seat. I do not understand the
reason for this.
