Kumhari, a town in Chhattisgarh’s Durg district is famous for its marble temples. The Raipur-Bhilai-Durg Expressway runs through this town. This town lies near the Kharun River. A few of the nearby cities that surround Kumhari are Tilda Newra, Bhatapara, Bemetra and Birgaon. There are many parks and lakes in this town adding to its beauty.
