About Anupgarh

Anupgarh

Anupgarh is a small village in the Ganganagar district of Rajasthan. It is located right in an agricultural area. The neighbouring country of Pakistan is only 8 km (16-minute drive) west of the town. The province of Pakistan which borders the area is Punjab. The town was the scene of fierce fighting between the rebelling Bhati Rajputs and Mughals in the middle ages.
