Azahiamandapam is a small village in the Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. It is quite near the picturesque town of Kanyakumari, the southern-most tip of mainland India, which is located at a distance of 36 km. With the coasts of Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal close by along with the edges of the Western Ghats, the village is a scene of high winds, beautiful paddy fields and serenity.
