Mandarthi does not have its own airport. The Mangalore airport is 85 km away. 


Mandarthi has no train station, the Udupi railway station is 25 km away, Kundapura is 35 km away. Barkur is the nearest station (8 km) but there are a limited number of trains stopping there.
