About Bhuj

Bhuj

Bhuj is a well-known city of Gujarat. It is located in the Kutch district. The city was founded by Rao Hamirji in the year 1510 and subsequently turned into a state capital by Rao Khengarji I in 1549. Bhuj had also been an important centre for the Jadeja Rajputs. In 1947, the princely state joined the Indian Union.

Rakhial is a small village in the North Indian state of Punjab. The nearest major urban agglomeration is Hoshiarpur at a distance of 29 km north.
