Bodhan is a town based in the Nizamabad District of Andhra Pradesh, India. The town is located 28 km from Nizamabad town. Bodhan is divided into three main areas known as Bodhan, Rakasipet and Shakarnagar. The town was earlier known as Eka Chakrapura. Bodhan is mentioned in the Buddhist text called Anguttara Nikaya. The town is known for its Nizam Sugar Factory. Bilal Reservoir is one of the main attractions of the place.
