Chandikhol, also known as Chandikhole, is a small town in the eastern Indian state of Odisha. The nearest major agglomeration is Cuttack, across the Mahanadi river at a distance of 45 km (forty five minutes’ drive away). Chandikhol is a part of the Jajapur district. The climatic conditions differ with changing seasons. Summer is usually very hot, winter is chilly and the monsoon brings about significant wind speeds along with drops in temperature.
