Cuncolim

Cuncolim is based in southern Goa. The word ‘Cuncolim’ means a town where kumkum or vermilion is produced. This city used to be known as Kumkumahalli. Earlier this city is famous for its temple ‘Shree Shantdurga’. But now the temple has been shifted to Fatorpa. Cuncolim is famous for its temples, churches, caves and lakes.
