Barhi

A small block town in Hazaribagh District of Indian state Jharkhand, Barhi is situated from 41 km from District Headquarters Hazaribagh, 19 km from Chauparan and 125 km from state capital Ranchi. The Grand Trunk Road passes through this town. This road was the most important means of military communication between the lower provinces and northern India from 1780 to 1858.
