A town in Karnataka’s Devanagere District, Honnali is renowned for its Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt. Basroor

Basroor (or Basrur) is in Kundanpur of the Udupi district in Karnataka. The village was also known as Bares, Barsellor, Basnut and Bares. It was most often called Vasupura.
