About Jhalawar

Jhalawar

Jhalawar is the administrative headquarters of the Jhalawar district in the state of Rajasthan. It was founded by Jhala Zalim Singh and is named after him. Jhalawar was developed as a military cantonment and has a rich historical heritage. It is also well known for its thick forests, exotic flora and fauna, and lush green fields.
