About Junagadh


Situated in the western part of India, Junagadh literally translates to “Old Fort”. The city is also called “Sorath”. The city does not have its very own bus stand. The state bus services are available from Porbander which is about 80 minutes from Junagadh. Sami is a village in Rajasthan. It is situated in the Sikar district and is only 26 km away from the district headquarters.

The Jaipur airport is the closest to Sami. It is located at a distance of 116 km.

Sami is connected to major cities in the region via the Sikar Junction railway station. There are daily rail services to places like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Rajkot and Surat (among others.)
